A live AI experience built for the FastCo Innovation Festival. Visitors took a short archetype test, picked the business interest layers most relevant to them, and watched a generative sculpture emerge in real time from the magenta Huge cube — a literal visualization of an idea forming out of the brand. Part installation, part product demo, part recruiting tool — designed to argue, in front of an audience of strategists and operators, that Huge is where ambiguous ideas get rendered into form. Agent Mode (AI / System Thinking) Horizons was a full real-time AI production pipeline. We trained custom LoRAs on the Huge brand language and a curated set of futurist sculptural references, then chained them with an archetype test that mapped each visitor's interests into prompt parameters. The result generated a unique sculpture in real time, emerging from the magenta cube on screen. From there, a ChatGPT layer translated each archetype + interest combination into a set of tangible futurist business ideas the visitor could actually go build — turning a 30-second interaction into a personalized, operator-ready brief. The system ran live on the FastCo Innovation Festival floor, treating AI as a participatory creative engine rather than a back-of-house tool.
